The Mango Festival | Mango Festival 2017 | Pakistani Mangoes in Kuwait

Kuwait: With the aim of further popularizing Pakistani mangoes in Kuwait and facilitating their availability in the Kuwait market, Pakistan Business Center Kuwait, Pakistan Business Council Kuwait and Pakistan Fruit & Vegetable association jointly organized a “Pakistan Mango Festival 2017” on Wednesday evening under the support and supervision of the Embassy of Pakistan. The festival was arranged at luscious wide hall of Jamiah Al-Zahra Al-Tawania. Hall was beautifully decorated with the Mango concept showcasing Pakistani Mangoes variety. Majority of Pakistani community was already interested for buying the bulk of Pakistani mangoes in Kuwait.

The Pakistani Ambassador (Ghulam Dastgeer) along with Chairman Pakistan Fruit & Vegetable association (Abdul Malik), Chairman Jamiah Al-Zahra Al-Tawania (Masaad ul Sultan Al-Sultan), Managing Director Pakistan Business Center (Hafiz Shabbir) and President Pakistan Business Council ( Arif Butt) inaugurated the festival collaborated with many active personalities of Pakistan Business Community. The event was attended by over large number of Pakistan community along with their families.

At this occasion, Pakistani Ambassador showed his joys on this successful event and aimed to have more future such events with the support of Pakistan Business Community.

Chairman Pakistan Fruit& Vegetable Association Abdul Malik also talked to media that it’s his first visit to Kuwait. He is very happy to be here. He said: “There are over 300 varieties of high quality mangoes in Pakistan but people of Kuwait loves Chanusa, sindhri and Langra mango. The purpose of our visit to observe the needs and taste of people lived here. His further vision is to promote the Pakistani [products in foreign countries to improve the economy of Pakistan. He thanked to all the organizers of this event.

Hafiz Muhammad Shabbir, Managing Director Pakistan Business Center said that it’s the third Mango festival being arranged here at Kuwait. At each year, popularity of mangoes goes upwards and other communities are also taking interest in Pakistani products as well.

President Pakistan Business Council M. Arif Butt calling Pakistani mangoes the world’s best fruit, Further added his aim is to provide the best quality products to all Pakistani community here in Kuwait.

Chairman Jamiah Al-Zahra Al-Tawania ;Masaad ul Sultan Al-Sultan was happy for having he Mango festival in his place and promised to promote further events as well.
